Jayden is a year old living in Uganda. He is the second born in his family and is cared for by his mother and grandparents, who have been his greatest source of strength and support. When Jayden’s father learned of his Down syndrome diagnosis, heart condition and the need for surgery, he sadly chose to leave. Despite this hardship, Jayden’s mother has remained steadfast, caring for her little boy with immense love and faith. Jayden loves drinking milk, being cuddled by his mama and sharing his sweet smile. He is in need of immediate surgery and will be going to India to get his heart healed. His surgery costs $10,000.
