Micah Olivia
Micah is 10 months old and lives on an island in the Philippines with her parents and older brother. Her mother is a housewife and her father is a tricycle driver. They cannot afford the surgery to save Micah’s life. Micah was diagnosed with a complex congenital heart defect and admitted to the hospital where she met one of our previous patients who shared about Hearts of Joy. She will be traveling to India to get her heart healed and her surgery costs $10,000.
Wasswa
He is almost 2 years old and lives in the village in Uganda with both of his parents, 4 siblings and grandmother. Wasswa is the third born and was diagnosed with a heart defect when he was just 6 month old. His favorite foods are rice, matooke, Irish potato, milk and porridge. He is very active and loves to dance to music. He is filled with joy and his family loves him very much. He will be going to India to get his heart healed and his surgery costs $10,000.
